Refund policy

Draft — not reviewed by a lawyer. Written to describe accurately what CryptoBid does, citing the rules it relies on, but nobody qualified has checked it. While the free launch phase lasts no payment is taken and no purchase contract is formed. Full trading details and a reviewed version will be published before the checkout ever opens.

What is not refunded

Being outbid. A confirmed bid buys the position it reached when the payment was confirmed; other people paying more afterwards is how the board works, and the entry stays listed with its accumulated total. You accept this explicitly at checkout before paying.

What is refunded, in full

Free launch entries

Nothing is charged for one of the 10 free places, so nothing can be refunded for it. If a free entry is later passed by an entry that paid — which will happen, and is how the board works — that is not a refundable event, because no payment was ever made.

The 14-day right of withdrawal

Buying online normally carries a 14-day right to change your mind. Placement is digital content delivered the moment your payment confirms, and for that the law lets the right end early — but only if you asked for it to start immediately and acknowledged that doing so ends the right. Both statements are in the box you tick before paying, and your receipt confirms them.

So: once your placement is live, the 14-day right no longer applies. Before that point, and in any case where placement did not begin, it does. Ticking that box is not a formality — it is the moment the right ends, which is why the pay button stays disabled until you do.

None of this touches your other statutory rights as a consumer, which we cannot and do not exclude.
