CRYPTOBID

Terms of Service

Draft — not reviewed by a lawyer. Written to describe accurately what CryptoBid does, citing the rules it relies on, but nobody qualified has checked it. While the free launch phase lasts no payment is taken and no purchase contract is formed. Full trading details and a reviewed version will be published before the checkout ever opens.

Who operates this

CryptoBid is operated by an individual established in Spain. Reach us at hola@cryptobid.tech. These terms are governed by the laws of Spain.

Nothing is being sold here yet. CryptoBid is in its free launch phase: the first 10 tokens join at no cost, no payment is taken, and the checkout is closed. Full trading details — registered name, address and tax number — will be published on this page before the first payment is ever accepted, along with the terms that govern paying. We intend to move the service to a Spanish company; if we do, that company will be named here and will take over as operator before payments open.

What a position is

A position on a public leaderboard and the outbound clicks that position sends to the linked tokens. Positions are ordered by the total amount paid against an entry, highest first. Entries that paid nothing — see the launch offer below — rank below every entry that has paid, whatever order they arrived in. You are paying for placement on CryptoBid. Clicks, holders, price and volume are not guaranteed, and placement says nothing about the quality or safety of a token.

How a purchase works

The launch offer

The first 10 entries join without paying. A free entry is listed with a total of $0. Two consequences follow, and both are part of the offer:

One free entry per person. A free entry buys nothing and is not a purchase: no payment is taken, no refund can arise from it, and we may withdraw the offer or remove a free entry at any time. Because it costs nothing, a free entry’s contract addresses stay editable by whoever registered it, using the link issued at registration, until the entry receives its first bid. After that it is fixed like any other entry.

Being outbid

Anyone can pay more at any time and take a higher position. That is the product, not a fault: a purchase buys the position it reached at the moment of confirmation, not that position permanently.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live. You confirm this at checkout.

Acceptable use

The content rules, prohibited categories, moderation and removal process are set out in the rules, which form part of these terms. We may remove an entry that breaks them, and will refund a bid whose entry we remove for reasons that are not the payer’s fault.

Refunds

See the refund policy.

Not investment advice

CryptoBid sells advertising placement. Nothing on this site is investment advice, a recommendation, an inducement, or an offer to buy or sell any crypto-asset. We do not audit, verify or endorse any token listed here, and a high position reflects nothing except money paid. You are solely responsible for your own research and for any decision you take about any asset you find through this site.

Crypto-assets are highly volatile and largely unregulated. You can lose the entire amount you put in. Nothing on this site is investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. Always verify a contract address yourself before interacting with it.

This crypto-asset marketing communication has not been reviewed or approved by any competent authority in any Member State of the European Union.

Market data

Market figures displayed alongside entries are supplied by third parties and reproduced as context only. They may be inaccurate, delayed or absent, they do not affect ranking, and we give no warranty as to their accuracy. Not affiliated with or endorsed by Solana, Base, Ethereum, BNB Chain or Arbitrum, or by DexScreener.

No affiliation

Right of withdrawal

Placement is digital content supplied immediately. Before paying you are asked to expressly request that it begins at once and to acknowledge that, once it does, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal. Both statements are in the box you tick at checkout, and your receipt confirms them on a durable medium.

Until you tick that box nothing is charged and the right is untouched. If for any reason placement has not begun, the right survives and you may withdraw within 14 days of the contract by writing to hola@cryptobid.tech. A free launch entry involves no payment and therefore no withdrawal right arises from it.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable skill and care, but not without interruption or error. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of audience, loss of opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss; and our total liability for any claim connected with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid on that purchase.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected: any clause here that conflicts with them does not apply to you.

We do not warrant any outcome from placement. Position on the board is what is sold. Views, followers, engagement, revenue and growth on any chain are not promised, and clicks reported here measure visits we sent, not what happened afterwards.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that you are entitled to submit the tokens you list, and that doing so breaks no rule of the chain they belong to. If you list a token that is not yours and its owner objects, we will remove the entry. You are responsible for any claim arising from a token you submitted that you had no right to submit.

Changes and closure

We may change these terms. A change applies to purchases made after it is published; the version in force when you paid governs that purchase. We may withdraw the free launch offer at any time. If we close the service, entries stop being displayed and no further bids are accepted; bids already confirmed are not refunded on that ground alone, since the placement they bought was delivered.

Complaints and disputes

Write to hola@cryptobid.tech first — most things are quicker to fix that way than through a chargeback. If we cannot resolve it, consumers in the European Union may use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution chain. These terms are governed by the law of Spain, and nothing in this paragraph deprives a consumer of the protection of mandatory rules of the country where they live.
